To the Snipe Creek Hunters:
Thank you guys/gals so much for the many
beautiful thank you notes related to your
Kentucky Deer Hunt at Snipe Creek Lodge.
The many expressions of gratitude is a
beautiful reward for the constant 12 months of
work, thoughts, effort and the insane amount of
experience/stand hours that goes into every Ky.
whitetail hunt offered.
A lot of you were rewarded with a magnificent
Ky. whitetail. A lot more of you missed the
chance/shot on the Ky. Big Buck. That is
universal, don't feel too bad.
Most all of you were rewarded with much more:
1) Knowledge that will minimize stand mistakes
which will enhance all your future hunts.
2) Food plot "secrets" that will certainly
enhance your future whitetail hunting.
3) Lifelong memories with your Dad, son,
buddies, wife, husband, etc.
Thanks so much!

Let me just start off by saying WOW!!!! What a
trip words cant describe what an experience I
had at Snipe Creek Lodge. Seeing over 55 deer
more bucks than doe's having a world class 160
inch ten point eat beans in a soybean field in
front of you at 200 yards and no need for
binoculars to see every point on his head.
Following that up with at least two more bucks
going in the high 130's to low 140's. It's just
magical getting to a place with complete
strangers and walking away with some new awesome
friends. Carl took me in as soon as i got
there. Getting to help out see and listen to
how we where gonna hunt it just was an awesome
experience from day one. The guides the food
everything you could imagine was top notch. I
felt as if i was at my home away from home.
Every serious bow hunter knows that getting a
big mature in range is hard and following up
with the shot is even harder, but let me tell
you Carl's staff and himself do whatever is
possible to make the magic happen. Even though
i didn't walk away with a trophy deer I walked
away with an experience of a lifetime and a
whole lot better knowledge of hunting whitetails
and some of the best guys i have had the
privilege of knowing. I could go on and on
about Snipe Creek Lodge and how its the best out
there but do all of yourselves a favor and check
it out in person. I promise you want go wrong I
can definitely say with out a doubt that i will
be back to experience one of the best trips that
i have ever been on and just to hang out with
all of the crew again.

Carl Doron's Snipe Creek Lodge is a White Tail
hunters best kept secret. A Fall 2011 edition
of BowHunting Magazine voted Kentucky to be the
Number 1 state when it comes to White Tail
Hunting. I have spent a lot of money and
time traveling thousands of miles,
hunting places like North Texas, all over
Oklahoma, Tennessee, South Carolina, Florida,
and Kentucky. I recently discovered that all
along I've had the perfect place 4.5 hours away
in Western Kentucky called Snipe Creek Lodge.
The knowledge and expertise that Carl has with
hunting White Tail, and specifically Kentucky
White Tail, is unbelievable. Western Kentucky is
a very hard place to hunt with all the habitat,
however, Carl has done so much leg work he truly
has manipulated and patterned the deer. All I
can say is listen to Carl, sit back, relax, and
make a good shot.

My son and I just returned from a hunt in Kentucky with Snipe Creek Outfitters We chose wisely- we hunted with one of the "good"ones. Carl Doron runs this operation in a beautiful setting in an area called Land Between the Lakes. A true fair chase whitetail hunt with an organized outfitter that tells the absolute truth about his property, hunting conditions, what to expect. and opportunities that will be availble. Carl and his staff want you to be successful. He takes a great deal fof pride in his knowledge of the area and movement of deer. After much research, phone calls etc We chose this outfitter simply because we felt we could trust him. He proved us right. I would recommend him in a heartbeat and he stands head and shoulders over some of the past outfitters we have hunted with. Remember, Carl will offer you a reasonable opportunity to take a trophy whitetail-that is all an honest outfitter can do. Run as fast as you can from those that guarantee you a kill. This is fair chase hunting at its best! Yes, we will be back and no we did not harvest an animal-Carl put us in position but we made some rookie mistakes happens-even if you have been at this for 35 years!

Carl, first of all I wanted to take a moment to
thank you for a great time at snipe creek. I had
a great hunt but most of all I had great
fellowship with my brother and friends. Brad is
a top notch guide and a great person. I know you
put a tremendous amount of time, money and
effort into these grounds and hunts.
Again, thanks for a great hunt and a great time.
Your a first class operation and I will be back.
Clint and I are gonna put together a good group
of guys for next years powder hunt. If you get a
chance could you email me some of those pictures
you took of my deer? I would be very thankful if
you could.

Thank You
Carl,
Just wanted to say thank you for the gracious
hospitality you and everyone showed me at the
hunting property. Although I didn't come away
with a deer this year The experience was very
gratifying to say the least. Your attention to
detail and the work that you have put into each
of the properties is evident and was always like
"Christmas morning" once the sun came up on
where I was to hunt for that day. I would also
like to give a special thank you to Eddie, Brad,
Logan, and of course To Dennis (coach) and
Claire for all the work they did on each of the
deliveries and pickups and the delicious food to
come back to each and every night. Eddie and the
others were always positive and gave feed back
each and every time the brought me to the
hunting location. I look forward to next year
and will be counting the days till next seasons
hunt with you and your staff. Thank you again
for everything I see why your business is
growing and why you have as many repeat
customers as you do. Keep up the good work!!
Sincerely

Carl, I really wanted to get back to you sooner
but work was waiting for me when I returned from
my hunt. Ever since I returned the primary
topic of conversation to everyone I come in
contact with is my experience regarding my trip
to Snipe Creek Outfitters. I want to express my
sincere appreciation and thanks to you, my guide
and the wonderful ladies who provided a warm and
welcoming experience in providing the lodging
and meals. The accommodations were great as
well as the entire hunting experience. If you
remember I came out by myself and really
appreciated the warm welcome and feeling of an
at home experience throughout the entire hunt.
Services and accommodations were first class and
I assure you that you will be hearing from me
shortly to schedule a 2012 hunt with my sons and
also some friends that I have referred to your
site and have generated a lot of excitement.
Ultimately I want to thank you for your patience
in answering all my questions leading up to the
hunt and again I want you to know that I
thoroughly enjoyed the entire experience.
Wishing you, your family and all your staff a
wonderful and Merry Christmas and Happy New
Year.

Hi Carl,
Just wanted to let you know how much I enjoyed
my hunt at Snipe Creek Lodge. All the guys were
great and everything you told me about hunting
with Snipe Creek Lodge was true. You guys put a
lot of time and commitment into making sure your
hunters have a great experience and the best
opportunity to harvest a great buck. Brad was my
guide and what a great guy to spend time with.
He put me on a good buck the first day and than
allowed me to tag along with him trapping for
Bob Cats, Coyotes, Beaver, Otter. What a great
experience that was. I would encourage anyone
who would like to learn how to trap to contact
Brad and learn the art of trapping. I look
forward to returning next year. Thanks again for
the great experience.

I want to thank you for being such a wonderful
host this past week. Our entire group thoroughly
enjoyed ourselves at your camp. You made the
trip a memorable experience for Travis, Alex and
I as well as the rest of the gang. We left
feeling as though we had made new friends. I
want to extend our invitation to you if you ever
find yourself in our neck of the woods to please
cone and visit and stay with us.
The entire group was very fun, friendly and
made it a great time for all. That is what I
really look for in a hunting trip. This is a
time I use to build memories with my sons, and
that made this a successful trip regardless of
the number of deer we brought home. The boys
really enjoyed visiting your shop. They talked
about it on the trip home.
Thank you again,

Just wanted to let you know out of all the
lodges I have been to I have never seen a more
structured hunting plan that you produce all
year long. The hunts are very beautiful and if a
man wants to see deer you have got the place for
it, I've never seen a herd of deer until I came
to Snipe Creek! 20 deer at one time all on you,
thats a lot of deer. Your guides are very
experienced and also know the land very well.
Your lodge, your guides, your food, your hunting
places...Is #1 in my book and I will be back in
2010. Thanks, Timmy Lanham.

I just wanted to thank everyone for their
hospitality! Jason was great he MADE THE HUNT
ENJOYABLE. He took time in explaining the hunt
to us and what I like the most he was giving us
tips on how to be better hunters when we got
back to Georgia.
After my last morning hunt he took the time
to show me some actual examples of different
sets in the woods. Some of them were just like
back at home and I had my stands in the wrong
locations. In fact, I am going to try some of
his suggestions on set ups for the last week of
December.

well as buck addics and buck commander. You are
on the show giving out gifts to the children.
Hopefully it produces some business for you. We
have had a great season and was glad to have
started it at your place. The girls have killed
some giants this year. We appreciate all you
did. The show airs Jan. 2nd on foxsportsNW at
8am on Sat. mornings. Hope you tell everyone and
to get all of your votes for our team on the
show, TEAM DOI. You can vote and watch the tv

Hope she continues to hunt. Say hi to Chip, Luke

Carl,
Just wanted to drop a quick email to say thank
you. My wife and I had a wonderful time, and you
have quite the remarkable whitetail hunting
operation. I wish I could have experienced the
exhilaration of the kill, but none-the-less had
a wonderful time witnessing the large bucks of
Kentucky. I checked the website and saw the
wonderful photos of the two bucks taken during
our hunt. They are truly two magnificent
animals. I spoke with my father and he wont be
able to do a trip this year, but I would love to
come back down, but I am not sure whether I will
be able to afford it or not (with the baby on
the way ya'know). I will try to figure something
out, but I am not sure. We will have to talk.
Thank you again!
