NO HUNTS EVER OFFERED AT SNIPE CREEK BETWEEN SEPT 13TH AND NOVEMBER 11TH!

HUNT SEEKERS NOTE !!!!! WHILE ALL OTHER OUTFITTERS IN KENTUCKY AND THE NATION ARCHERY HUNT ALL OF OCTOBER AND THE FIRST HALF OF NOVEMBER, SNIPE CREEK OFFERS NO HUNTING AT ALL FOR 80 DAYS BEFORE THE GUN RUT HUNT. WHEN YOU CALL FOR THE PRICES, WHICH ARE CHEAPER THEN MOST, I PERSONALLY WILL SHARE THE IMPORTANCE OF LEAVING THE LAND AND THE ANIMALS ALONE DURING THE "RUT INTENTION" PHASE OF THE ESTROUS.

Snipe Creek never hunts land during what is a WHITETAIL'S very critical phase of life, (the rut intention phase: scrapes, licking branches, rubs, etc.; a period in which whitetails become very sensitive to any intrusion for the said 80 days).
Carl Doron, 270-293-9781 or cell at 270-293-9781.

P.S. THIS HUNT MODEL AND DISCIPLINE CREATES A GUN RUT HUNT IN WHICH IT'S COMMONPLACE TO SEE 10 TO 15 DIFFERENT BUCKS IN A SINGLE DAY, THESE NUMEROUS BUCKS ARE ENGAGING IN THE MOST FEROCIOUS RUT ACTION AND BEHAVIOR THAT YOU HAVE EVER WITNESSED IN YOUR HUNTING CAREER.

Carl Doron, I'm born, reared and LIVE where you hunt. 10,000+ actual stand hours / 12 years outfitting right here in the heart of true Western Kentucky.

I - THE ECOLOGICAL SYSTEM AND HUNT MODEL OF SNIPE CREEK WHICH YOU WILL HUNT

(Please review this video in its entirety for a clear understanding of the snipe creek hunt.)

II - WHERE YOU WILL HUNT

~Black line; the escarpment line in which Snipe Creek hunts.

~Blue Line; the huge river basin of Kentucky Lake in which Snipe Creek hunts.

~Yellow marks, etc, represent Snipe Creek farms/ stands/ shooting houses.

**Pictured is a 5 mile by 25 mile area of the best whitetail ecological system and best whitetail hunting in the nation.

**The niche area is to KY, what Pike county is to Illinois.

III - IMPORTANCE OF ESCARPMENTS TO MATURES

How mature bucks maximize the number of does which will breed THEM ---

~Escarpment lines. As schools of mature fish will stage at advantage points to maximize the efficiency of feeding, mature bucks will use terrain, topography, and the escarpment line to maximize the number of estrous does which will be attracted to him to breed. ~Snipe Creeks hunt zone is generally a 5 by 25 mile escarpment line. This escarpment line along with the Snipe Creek knowledge of how to maximize the ability to see the maximum amount of bucks which are using the escarpment to their breeding advantage, is part of the Snipe Creek strategic hunt model and plan. That plan can and will put 10 to 20 bucks in single guests lap on a daily basis.

~HUNT SEEKERS, YOU WILL INCREASE YOUR ODDS AT MATURE BUCKS AND INCREASE YOUR OVER ALL HUNT EXPERIENCE TO SEEK A HUNT AREA THAT HAS SUCH HUNT ADVANTAGOUS ESCARPMENTS AND BE SURE THAT YOUR CHOSEN OUTFITTER OFFERS AND UNDERSTANDS THE "ESCARPMENT HUNT". ~SNIPE CREEK.

IV - HOW YOU WILL HUNT AT SNIPE CREEK

Map below is an actual farm representative of the escarpment hunt

Part of the Snipe hunt model. Pictured is one of the Snipe Creek farms. Yellow pins represent a box blind or a ladder stand. Some sets are North wind oriented and some are south wind oriented.

Quick to notice is how much of this 600 acre farm is not encroached upon. The center of the farm and the entire habitat structure is never encroached, in any fashion, at any time. The field edges that you see in this one picture today have HUNDREDS of scrapes, licking branches and rubs, which is a direct result of zero disturbance, during a critical time (planning for the estrous) which whitetails are very sensitive to intrusion.

Snipe Creek leaves all its farms untouched the last half of September, untouched all of October, and untouched all of early November. Zero hunting or intrusion some 80 days before the gun rut hunt. The rare and disciplined hunt model of giving the animals complete freedom during the 80 or so days before the estrous is very powerful.

Suddenly by the time the estrous starts and the Snipe Creek guest hunters randomly show up on its farms, the animals which have spent 80 or so days laying out the "breeding plan" become committed and vested into that plan, and at that point those animals can not re-do their plan, those animals are captured to the guest advantage. Additionally beneficial is the fact that all the neighboring animals reposition to the Snipe Creek farms because the neighboring animals want to be where the best action is occurring.

Common for Snipe Creek hunters to see 10 to 20 different bucks per day, year after year. Also very powerful is the fact that all the Snipe Creek farms, under this hunt model experience a year to year residual benefit of bucks to its farms as the animals imprint to the farms and remember year to year where the best rut action occurs. It's pretty magical. ~Snipe Creek

Escarpment line bucks

The two bucks pictured below were harvested from the individual "escarpment farm" pictured above. Both bucks were taken 6 days apart and from the same stand labeled Canterdy 4. One of the gentlemen pictured saw 2 matures on the same set, while taking one of them. The farm pictured is farm which Snipe Creek has leased and managed for 7 years, imprinting lots of animals to the Snipe Crek advantage with the Snipe Creek hunt model .

18 DIFFERENT BUCKS IN ONE DAY, FROM THE SAME SET, THE SAME FARM; GUEST HUNTER MATT EXPAINS THE HUNT ~ Snipe Creek hunt model in play / escarpment hunt IN ACTION. This is a common example of how the Snipe Creek hunt model repositions animals to the incoming guest advantage. A field of Chicory was also in play!

IV - How Snipe Creek loads up its farms with whitetails for your hunt.

~FAVORED EXISTENCE. Free range animals will free range to the favored existence of the day and free range to the favored existence of the area. Snipe Creeks ability and dedication of creating and maintaining the FAVORED EXISTENCE for whitetails on its hunt farms can and will put 20 to 50 animals in front of you (on good movement conditions) in a single day, with up to half those animals being bucks.

The pictures shown below demonstrate just one of several parts to creating and maintaining FAVORED EXISTENCE.

~ A second and crucial component of FAVORED EXISTENCE is pressure and the identification of DIFFERENT LEVELS of sensitivity to pressure which whitetails have through out the year. ~

~Identifying the periods of time (particular months) which whitetails have very little sensitivity to intrusion ~vs~ periods of time (particular months) in which whitetails have extremely high sensitivity to intrusion and leaving animals and land alone during high sensitivity to intrusion periods will increase the animals on a farm drastically.

~The slightest amount of intrusion on a farm during the period which animals are "biologically" extremely sensitive to intrusion will just about take the deer sightings on that farm to near zero.

V. BUCKS GALORE / HIGH CARRYING CAPACITY AREA of East Calloway County, Western Kentucky, WHICH SNIPE HUNTS.

~Snipe Creek guests are blessed with 1000's of bucks. Guest after guest can and do see 20 to 50, (a good portion being aged animals on good movement days) DIFFERENT BUCKS on a 3 to 5 day hunt package.

~The Snipe farms see a solid net gain...in the number of bucks from season to season. Incoming guests and hunt seekers Snipe hunts its farms and sets approximately 10 days out of the entire 5 month season.

~Pretty easy to calculate the net gain of net bucks on the Snipe farms. Before Snipe leases a farm, that farm was likely hunted the entire 5 month season by numerous hunters, taking numerous bucks.

~The Snipe Creek hunt model with extremely limited hunting (approximately 10 hunt days total) takes a fraction of bucks from a farm compared to the number of bucks which were taken from the farm by previous numerous hunters hunting the entire 5 month season. ~ Snipe Creek
