Deer Rut Bow Hunt
•
We had 4 bow hunters in camp
• Lots of bucks sighted and walked by disciplined hunters
looking for a 140 or better
• One 4 1/2 year arrowed by Josh Glaze, from Ronoak VA

Hunter Details:
Hunting a thick saddle....the near 140 came up out of a
bottom to an established corn pile. Josh waited 10+ minutes to
put a perfect pass thru shot. The large Kentucky buck looked up
at Josh twice, but the precision of the set and Josh's hunt savy
prevented the 4 1/2 year from ousting the hunter. It is this
situation when you realize the importance of leaving a lot of
cover on a set. Shooting windows are the key - not shooting
lanes.

Details:
What a Kentucky deer hunt at snipe creek ...
Guide Jason Mott, positioned on the ground 60 yards behind
Steve's climber, rattled real buck horns, beat the bushes and
pounded the earth to draw this Kentucky "bow shooter" to within
7 yards of Steve.
Without hesitation Steve made the perfect connection with exact
timing to complete a professionally guided Kentucky deer hunt.
This hunt is one example of our approach and
sincerity towards deer hunting. We work every single day at
making and giving you the best odds possible at taking a mature
Kentucky whitetail. Additionally we have the years and stand
time to know how to hunt these smart, sneaky and crafty Kentucky
deer --be it with a bow, gun, or black powder. ---Carl H. Doron
